1.Organisation's
Background/Profile.
·
NIOSH
Malaysia, established in December 1992 as acompany limited by guarantee,
began its operations in March 1993. A board of directors comprising
representatives from the government, industry and labour provide guidance and
direction to NIOSH’s management.
2.Training
Description
·
Design a
database base on the web for NIOSH staff.
·
Make a
presentation on the database as well as the documentation for NIOSH
Project details:
General
office chores: answering phone calls, using facsimile, photocopying machines,
taking messages, memo, etc.
3.Opportunity
to express self.
Assume
as a permenant worker ( not as a trainee)

Good
relation with supervisor, free to air opinions in discussion, problems.
4.Resources/Facilities
available.

computer environment (internet, file and printer sharing)

facilities:
cafetaria, labs, workshops, library, mosque
Conclusion
-The
institute provided many course for trainee.
-company more believe in their workers, they
discipline their own self.
Recommendation
-give computer especially for training student – to make sure they use every minute of their working hours at its best.
-maybe decrease working hours ( 8 am-5 p.m) – not so tired and increase productivity.
-training student need to go first at the company to know more about their job and try to learn first the software that they will be use at that company.
